How to turn a High Tea into a fundraiser
A high tea would be suitable for an event with an upfront ticketing system, and where there is an upmarket or high end aspect such as a fashion show, book launch or a celebrity speaker or singer.
Alternatively, the high tea can be used at the highlight itself such as a High School Reunion, Graduation or Mothers Day High Tea Fundraiser. Keeping in mind that High Tea can often cost in excess of $50, it is feasible to add between $10 and $20 (or whatever you wish) added to the cost of each ticket to raise funds. Combined with a silent auction or raffles, and a group of even 50 people could easily make a profit in excess of $1,000.

The Petite package at $25 per person (normally $30.50) includes scones with jam and cream plus one sweet and one savoury.
The Classic package at $33 per person (normally $39.00) includes scones with jam and cream plus two sweet and two savoury dishes, plus free urn hire.
The Deluxe package at $39.50 per person (normally $46.50) includes scones with jam and cream plus three sweet and three savoury, plus free urn hire and beehive drinks dispensers with orange juice.
